Payment and dispatch
The following terms and conditions apply:
Domestic delivery (Germany) and neighbouring countries: Austria, Poland, Romania, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Switzerland, Spain, Great Britain, Hungary, Greece, Finland, France, Canada, United States of America (USA), Australia.
Dispatch costs (excl. VAT)
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
We charge shipping costs on the basis of the shipping weight:
– Orders from 0 kg to 1 kg = €6.68
– Orders over 1kg to 3kg = €8.07
– Orders over 3kg to 5kg = €10.71
– Orders over 5kg to 10kg = €15.25
– Orders over 10 kg to 20 kg = €19.87
– Orders over 20 kg to 31.5 kg = €28.19
– Orders over 31.5 kg = €56.39
Deliveries to foreign countries:
We charge shipping costs for deliveries to foreign countries on the basis of the shipping weight:
Deliveries abroad (Austria, Poland, Romania, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Switzerland, Spain, Great Britain, Hungary, Greece, Finland, France, Canada, United States of America (USA), Australia):
We determine the actual shipping costs incurred after the goods have been picked.
The costs depend on the value of the goods, weight, volume and country to which the goods are sent. If the value of goods exceeds €1,000.00, a separate export declaration must be created for customs, which incurs additional costs.
